Chinese Chicken Salad

Dressing

½ cup sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 cup oil
¼ cup sesame oil
¾ cup apple cider vinegar

Chicken breasts – boiled until no pink
Cabbage – finely shredded
Ramen noodles– break noodles up
1 bunch (or more) green onion, chopped
Sesame seeds
Slivered almonds

Blend all dressing ingredients in blender until sugar is dissolved.  Once chicken has cooled, chop/shred into small pieces.  Shred cabbage, chop green onions.

On a cookie sheet, lightly toast the ramen noodles, sesame seeds and slivered almonds.

Best to ziploc all ingredients separately until ready to mix.
