
Onion Cheese Ball

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3-4 oz blue cheese
- 9 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup minced fresh parsley
- Crackers
In a mixing bowl beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill and serve with crackers.
