FCS GROUP, established in 1988, is an independent financial consulting firm that provides economic, public finance, management consulting, and financial (rates, charges, and fees) services to public sector clients inclusive of city and county governments, utilities, municipal corporations and ports, special service districts, and state agencies.

Since the firm’s inception, FCS GROUP has delivered high-quality, cost-effective consulting services in over 2,000 engagements and served more than 450 clients. Our staff serves clients throughout the western United States and Canada from our offices in Redmond, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and San Francisco, California.
